With our personal touch we can offer a trouble-free management service.
Our inclusive marketing program provides revenue for our owners. It includes the exclusive management company for the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club. We are affiliates of most booking sites and have several international and domestic travel agents/tour operators to supply bookings for our owners. We use Beyond Pricing (dynamic pricing/yielding tools) to be sure our vacation rental properties are priced well related to our competition.
Many vacation rentals result from online bookings, we understand the importance of receiving great reviews. We proactively message each guest prior to their arrival, during their arrival and once each guest has departed. Doing so has proven to improve guest satisfaction, which generates better reviews.

Online Owner PortalOwners have access to the Owner Portal which can be
accessed 24/7 which features an owner dashboard, property details, booking manager, owner accounts, and
user account where our owners can manage their profile and portal settings. Our owner portal owners to
view finalized monthly/annual statements as well as providing access for owners to add and manage bookings
as well as create and send quotes to potential guests.

MaintenanceWe handle maintenance and repairs on behalf of all our owners.
This helps to prevent costly repairs in the future and keep our guests happy, ensuring that the property
is well maintained and in great condition. We have a preferred group of vendors with long relationships
that assist with any major repairs.

LawnOur weekly program includes weed control, tree and shrub care,
trimming, edging, mowing, and blowing the lawn.

PoolOur weekly pool service includes water analysis/balancing, brush
walls, clean tile/water line, vacuum (as needed), skim pool, clean pump basket, clean filter and inspect
filter.

PestA quarterly preventative pest control service complete with full
sweep of the home (exterior) which also includes removing any nests, inspect and spray. Interior included
on as needed basis.
